The Ironwood is a desertic tree of very hard and heavy wood which can live up to 1000 years, now a days and for a long time the seris have made Ironwood figures with which they present the plants and animals that inhabited their territory of sand and sea.

In the past seris used to make their harpoons and their ritual buzzers used in the ceremonies inside caves out of Ironwood. The seris tribe is located in the shark island in Kino bay, actually there is seri population of 800 and there are only 200 pure blood indians.

Base on all this the Iroonwod has an exceptional value. Seri Tesota makes pens with this fine wood with titanium base 24k gold plated components. This writing instrument is an exceptional jewel, a 100% total quality.
Also each of our pencils and pens are unique since they are hand made separately, thats why we warranty there is not one the same.
To manufacture these fine pens, we used dead Ironwood, we do not cut the tree in order to protect it.
